President Barack Obama
President Obama has changed his tune when it comes to authorizing military attacks. ||

War Powers.
Saturday President Obama made himself clear,
“Today I authorized the armed forces of the United States to begin a limited military action in Libya in support of an international effort to protect Libyan civilians.”
“The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.”
Now there is some change you can believe in.
