Soros-backed, Obama-allied group blames 'rich Jews' for stoking 'Islamophobia'
The Soros-backed Center for American Progress is blaming 'rich Jews' and Israel supporters for stoking the imaginary prejudice called 'Islamophobia.'The Obama-allied Center for American Progress has released a report that blames Islamophobia in America on a small group of Jews and Israel supporters in America, whose views are being backed by millions of dollars. This "network", according to the news release, have "have worked hard to push narratives that Obama might be a Muslim, that mosques are incubators of radicalization, and that "radical Islam" has infiltrated all aspects of American society -- including the conservative movement.Read the whole thing.
Who are the figures mentioned as the promoters of prejudice? Most of them are prominent Jews and supporters of Israel, such as David Horowitz, Daniel Pipes and Steven Emerson (the founder of the Investigative Project on Terrorism). The eight foundations mentioned as funding this effort include are almost exclusively ones founded and funded by Jewish donors, and lest readers not be aware of this fact, the Center for American Progress lists not only the other beneficiaries of the charities and foundations (most of them having Jewish or Israel in the title) but also goes to the trouble of naming the individuals behind these charities -- not just the donors but also those who serve on the boards.
Why include this additional information except to highlight that Jewish people are behind this effort to "defame" Muslims? By "outing" the people involved, the report puts endangers them. Furthermore, this "report" relies on the conspiracy and age-old anti-Semitic trope that Jews fan prejudice towards others and promotes divisions for their own nefarious purposes (to support Israel in this case). This mindset is straight out of Mein Kampf.
CAP has very close ties to the White House. It is headed by John Podesta, who was Bill Clinton's chief of staff, and headed Barack Obama's transition team. A man closely linked to the last 2 Democrat presidents is publishing this kind of material. Podesta's group remains influential with President Obama. Bloomberg News noted this relationship in its column, "Soros-funded Democratic Idea Factory Becomes Obama Policy Front." Some key administration officials have come from the CAP, as well. These include such anti-Israel figures as Van Jones, who, after he was forced to leave the White House when his views became known, returned to his sinecure at the Center.
Clearly, this is a well-funded effort to chill legitimate criticism of Islamic extremism in America. There are also political motivations behind this report since it also tries to refute allegations of ties between Muslims and Barack Obama. But what is most shameful about this "report" is that it employs classic anti-Semitic tropes, blaming conspiratorial Jews for stoking fear and hatred of Muslims.
This will work its magic in the Muslim world, a substantial fraction of which believes that "defaming" Islam is legitimately punishable by death at the hands of any righteous Muslim. By thoughtfully providing a hit list, the CAP does its part to spread fear and -- yes -- terror among the opponents of radical Islam.
Someone please tell me that this time the Republicans will nominate a candidate who won't shy away from raising this sort of thing

3. To the accusation that "Wealthy Jews" are buying support for Israel, Conservative bloggers, including myself, would like to emphatically state that such accusations are lies and mere propaganda from liberal sources who are quite fearful that come next year, November 2012, Islam will lose the best friend they ever had here in America, when BHO becomes a "One Term" president.
4. Accusations, such as "Mosques are incubators for Jihad/terrorism" have been backed up by our own Federal Government records and other studies, including those of the FBI i.e. Muslim Brotherhood ties with CAIR.
Let me say something about bigotry. Hate or fear or intolerance of those of a different race, ethnicity, or religion is usually the result of ignorance. However, Islamophobia is the opposite - those who fear Islam do so as a result of knowledge. Americans who view Islam as just another religion do so from ignorance. They have not read the Quran and have no idea what Islam is truly about.In the 1930s America allowed Nazis to come into our country, allowed them to hold fund-raising rallies for the Fatherland, let them publish magazines, and build youth camps because most Americans considered them as just another innocuous political group. This tolerance was the result of ignorance.
Sometimes things never change.

When Islam organizations and the Center for American Progress make the same accusations against Conservative bloggers and those who support Israel, there can be only one conclusion: both are in the same boat - tied to the same moorings - tied to Iran's nuclear power plants - tied to Sharia Laws - tied to anit-American un-Constitutional laws - tied to anti-Semitic, anti-Israel agendas - tied to Jihad and terrorism - tied to the support of Saudi and all Muslim countries who flood these organizations with monies (for example, Imam" Faisal Abdul Rauf' traveled the Middle East last year, seeking support for his outrageous audacity, ignoring the pleas of the majority of Americans who have requested the mosque be built anywhere away from Ground Zero) - tied to hate for all infidels - tied to all Islamic ideologies that contradict democratic societies throughout the world - tied to 9/11 attacks on American soil - and if that is not enough, they are tied to:

One final question, since I note that for every Conservative blogger, there are double the amount of Isalmic bloggers on the Web, on Facebook and You Tube, plus having the support of the main stream liberal media, such as the one in the video (above) who lost his job on one Network, and still hasn't learned that by supporting Islam, he support the very folks who are proceeding to undo America.: "Who supports your propaganda and lies?"
