I am continually coming across this picture and quote above on a popular blogging platform I frequently peruse that is becoming known for it's young and hip bloggers who regularly just re-post some one else's stuff rather than come up with something original to say.  I call them the Tragic Hipsters. You may have come across them too, you know the blogs where being gay is just the most important and wonderful thing, where they repost tired hit pieces on news organization they never watch because that's what the cool people all do, they quote people I doubt they ever heard of before, and where they continually rail against big business, you know the ones who employed their parents and earned money to give the ungrateful little bastards a nice home to live in and money to go to that great school they graduated from. Their political and cultural views come from the experts at Comedy Central, and never miss a chance to take a shot at religion. Well, some religions.

What they see in the above picture is a man and a women in what looks like a natural situation. And they are correct, in most cultures.

But why do they not see the obvious oppression of the women? Do they not see that only the woman is covered from head to toe, not even allowed to show her hands.  Do hipsters believe women are to be hidden and treated as just a vessel for baring children and worth just slightly more than a goat. Most women in third world Muslim cultures are illiterate and don't even know what the Koran says about their role in world. Rape, beatings and honor killings are part of 21st century Islam. Why do hipsters ignore the plight of a large portion of Islamic women? I see no indication of affection on the part of the female in this picture. 

And this is the same hipster culture who hatefully criticizes the religious of America who stand up for the 'right to life' as evil oppressors and against the rights of women. They call them haters for believing marriage is 'one man, one women'. Yet, they do not seem to have a problem with the the public flogging of women, just as a common goat is beat.

The Tragic Hipsters ignorantly believe what is being revealed about the teaching of modern Islam as just bigotry and lies because we always need an enemy. Of course, they don't look for themselves.

Sadly,they foolishly confuse awareness and vigilance with hate.

And the treatment of its women as slaves is exactly what Islam's ideology goal is for the entire world - all "infidels' should be under the sword of Islam.  Muslims flock to Europe and the West to spread their uncivilized, backward teachings - picturing themselves as the would-be conquerers of the world ... one country at a time!  They live by the rule of hatred towards all mankind and do not treat their own members any better than they would treat the non-Muslim.  This is the same ideology that our president praises, as he begs Americans to consider Islam on the same playing field as America's liberties!

Anyone see the contradictions?  Obama begged that there be "tolerance" towards his cousins, the Muslims, as he was agreeing with their intentions to build a mosque at Ground Zero ... and yet, he ignores the fact that the Islam way of life lacks tolerance towards mankind.  Nothing about Islam presents to the world a "kinder, gentler" way of life - not for their own peoples and certainly not for anyone or nation that is not Islamic.

Time to reinsert into our Federal documents the description of America's enemies i.e. Islamic extremists, terrorists, and stop the flow of an ideology that contradicts America's Constitution, its liberties and freedoms.  Over 80% of mosques built in America are nothing more than Jihad training grounds.  What happened to the Congressional hearings on "Islam in America"??  Too hot a topic to discuss under this present administration?!
