New at PJTV: Flotilla Watch 2011
"The Audacity of Hope," indeed. That's the name of one of the ships involved in the latest Gaza flotilla. And it could be seized as a result of a a civil lawsuit filed today by a victim of the 2002 Jerusalem terror bombing, who's featured in a new interview with PJTV's James Poulos.

Civil Lawsuit Filed Today Against
Gaza Flotilla Ships by Terror Victim
The Audacity of Hope is one of the ships that could be seized
A civil lawsuit has been filed against 14 ships, including at least one American-registered vessel named The Audacity of Hope, that are set to participate in a reprise international flotilla against Israel. Dr. Alan Bauer, a Harvard-educated biologist and terror victim injured in a 2002 Jerusalem bombing, is the plaintiff in this suit that was filed in Federal Court in New York City.
Watch the PJTV video (click "home" on blue bar above) for the exclusive interview with Nitsana Darshan-Leitner, a human rights activist and one of the lawyers advising Dr. Bauer in this civil suit.
"The audacity of this flotilla is outrageous," said Ms. Darshan-Leitner. "Invoking the name of President Obama's book for media attention proves that this is nothing more than a publicity stunt, not a humanitarian mission."
Two other legal actions have been initiated by the Israel Law Center, Shurat HaDin, to stop the Gaza Flotilla; one against Inmarsat, the satellite communications company providing services to the flotilla, and one against the companies insuring the ships.
Shurat HaDin is also requesting help from the public to locate the vessels in the flotilla and to identify the companies insuring those vessels.
In an interview with James Poulos, attorney Nitsana Darshan-Leitner talks about legal actions being taken to stop the Gaza Flotilla and how the public can help out.
Shurat HaDin (SH), the Israeli Legal Center, is implementing several strategies to stop the international flotilla against Israel. One is a civil lawsuit against 14 ships set to participate in this flotilla. A second action is Shurat HaDin's legal warning to Inmarsat that under U.S. law they will be open to charges of aiding and abetting terrorism if they provide services to these Gaza-bound ships. A third action by SH is their letter to maritime insurance companies informing them that by insuring sea vessels used by terrorists their company will be liable for any future attacks carried out by those terrorists. Read the sections below for the details of SH's actions.
