After spending hours trying to find assistance to help me figure out why I was unable to publish new posts on my blog, I finally found an answer here:
I followed the suggestion and went into settings; changed back to "Old editing" and it enables me to once again, publish articles. However, the "old editing" makes it a little more difficult to do everything I am able to do with the newer settings, so I consider this a temporary fix, until Google fixes the problem on their end.
Yes, it is a problem of Google's, as you will note all the complaints listed on the site (above) are dated January 5th ... exactly when I began having the same problem as all the other bloggers.
