Real Americans Defend Israel: Don’t Waste Time on the “Birther” Distraction; Impeach Obama for Illegal Internet Gambling

The “birther” issue is a senseless and unwinnable battle that squanders time and resources, a fraction of which could easily result in Obama’s removal from office for very real, proven, and documented reasons as shown below. In other words, it would make excellent sense for Barack Obama and his followers to start this rumor themselves to divert attention and efforts from very real and easily exploitable vulnerabilities. As stated by Sun Tzu’s Art of War, the best way to win is to defend a position that the enemy cannot attack successfully, as opposed to allowing the enemy to attack what you cannot possibly defend. In Obama’s case, this is his personal orchestration of what looks a lot like illegal Internet gambling in violation of U.S. Code Title 31, 5362.

It also would not surprise us if Obama or his people circulated phony excerpts from Dreams From My Father and from Michelle Obama’s thesis. The exposure of this material as fabricated falsehoods cast doubt on the genuine racist material in these sources under the principle falsus in unum, falsus in omnibus (”false in one thing, false in all”). It’s sort of like somebody who batters his wife and embezzles from his employer spreading a rumor that he is also mean to puppies. This diverts attention from the other accusations and discredits them when it is easily proven that he is very kind to puppies.

It is past time for those who see Barack Obama’s Presidency as a menace to the well-being of the United States to stop allowing him to dictate what we are going to talk about through disinformation campaigns and agents provacateur. The “birther” issue has not only allowed Obama to make his opponents look like kooks, it has now jeopardized the career and retirement benefits of an Army officer who acted on it by refusing “illegal” orders to deploy to Afghanistan. In other words, real people are getting hurt by disinformation that may easily have originated in the Obama camp itself.

The Obama camp acts on every opportunity to deride the Tea Party movement as a collection of kooks, and Bill Clinton went so far as to accuse the Tea Party of laying the groundwork for another Oklahoma City bombing. Individuals like Orly Taitz reinforce the desired (from Obama’s standpoint) image of kooks and superstitious right-wingers who barely completed high school if they completed it at all. Per Wikipedia,

Other Obama-related rumors Taitz has repeated include:

* A number of homosexuals from Obama’s former church have died mysteriously. * Obama has dozens of social security numbers, and his passport is inaccurate. Taitz claims that a person who was cooperating with the FBI in connection with Obama’s passport died mysteriously, “shot in the head”. * A Kenyan birth certificate with the name “Barack Obama” is authentic. * Obama’s first act as president was to donate money to Hamas, which she claims will be used to build Qassam rockets. * Obama or someone connected to him has made threats to Taitz’s life, including vandalizing her car.[15] * Obama is having the Federal Emergency Management Agency build internment camps for “Anti-Obama dissidents”.[13]

Taitz also has supported a number of other theories not directly related to Obama, including: that Goldman Sachs runs the United States Treasury,[20] that Baxter International has developed a bird flu vaccine that kills people,[20] that Representative Alcee Hastings and the House of Representatives are planning to build at least six labor camps,[20] that Hugo Chavez owns the software that runs American voting machines,[15]

If somebody ever makes a movie about this, we recommend that Helena Bonham Carter (Ophelia in Hamlet, Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd, and Bellatrix Lestrange in the Harry Potter series) act the part of Orly Taitz. Taitz could have acted on material that could easily lead to Obama’s impeachment for “high crimes and misdemeanors,” but she chose instead to get herself fined $20,000 for bringing her kookery and antics into a courtroom. Another Army officer who questioned Obama’s authority to deploy her to Iraq told the court that Taitz had no authorization to represent her.

Instead of chasing Obama’s elusive Kenyan birth certificate, the one that appears as a mirage on the horizon but never seems to come within reach, why don’t we go after the material we have posted right here (and elsewhere)? Let’s begin with the U.S. Code’s definition of illegal Internet gambling, a “high crime or misdemeanor” for which the President CAN be removed from office.

(10) Unlawful internet gambling.— (A) In general.— The term “unlawful Internet gambling” means to place, receive, or otherwise knowingly transmit a bet or wager by any means which involves the use, at least in part, of the Internet where such bet or wager is unlawful under any applicable Federal or State law in the State or Tribal lands in which the bet or wager is initiated, received, or otherwise made.

Furthermore,

(1) Bet or wager.— The term “bet or wager”— (A) means the staking or risking by any person of something of value upon the outcome of a contest of others, a sporting event, or a game subject to chance, upon an agreement or understanding that the person or another person will receive something of value in the event of a certain outcome; (B) includes the purchase of a chance or opportunity to win a lottery or other prize (which opportunity to win is predominantly subject to chance);

In other words, the elements of a lottery are:
(1) Mandatory payment of consideration, e.g. a donation of $5 or more to Barack Obama’s campaign. If it is possible to enter without making a donation, the promotion is no longer a lottery. The initial “Dinner with Barack” lotteries did not, however, include a provision for entering without making a donation.
(2) Element of chance (”You could be selected to have dinner with Barack Obama”), although we also present proof that at least one lottery might have been rigged so that not all entrants had an equal chance to win. This aggravates the illegal Internet gambling accusation with proof of cheating on the part of the lottery organizers.
(3) A prize, e.g. an expenses-paid trip to have dinner with Barack Obama or go backstage with Barack Obama.

At least one law enforcement agency is on record as saying that these solicitations violated the laws of its state, which would seem to violate U.S. Code Title 31 5362 as well.

Doug Forsman, a special agent with Minnesota’s Department of Public Safety, had confirmed the illegality of the promotion.

He gave the campaign two options, the newspaper said, to void the contest where such bans exist or to change the rules to allow people to participate without gambling any of their money.

In addition, Barack Obama himself signed his name to a lottery solicitation while admitting openly that not all entrants had an equal chance to win. In Nevada, where many forms of gambling are legal subject to regulation by the state, cheating is a Class B felony. We cannot give legal advice as to whether the Obama campaign’s pre-selection of a winner before the lottery’s entry deadline qualifies, but perhaps Nevada’s Attorney General should look into it.

(c) The value of a wagering instrument; or

(d) The value of a wagering credit.

(1) Barack Obama signed his name to this lottery solicitation.
(2) He announced that Dorothy Unruh was selected as a winner prior to the entry deadline, thus reducing the chances of those who entered after 6:32 P.M. by one-quarter. In other words, the “house” (Obama campaign) effectively drew at least one winning lottery ticket from the pool before everybody had entered. Those who entered after 6:32 had a 3 out of N (N=total entrants) chance to win instead of a 4 out of N1 (entrants prior to 6:32) chance, which sounds a lot like cheating by the house.

We fail to understand why Obama’s opponents have, with the exception of World Net Daily, failed almost totally to go after this issue. Instead, “birthers” like Orly Taitz have made themselves a liability to the credibility of the Tea Party Movement and other patriotic movements, and have diverted time and money from a relatively simple action that could easily take Obama down through impeachment or compel him to resign like Richard Nixon.
