LOS ANGELES - The top U.S. diplomat in Pakistan says the Obama administration does not know how many Americans might have disappeared overseas to train with al-Qaida or other terrorist groups.The number is not thought to be large, but Ambassador to Pakistan Anne Patterson outlined a possible "nightmare scenario" -- people holding U.S. passports receiving terrorist training then returning legally to the U.S. to commit violent acts.
She said in a speech Friday to the Pacific Council in Los Angeles that the U.S. is working with Pakistan and other governments to figure out how to identify such people.
She said after the speech "there are more out there than we know about."...
Oh, yes. And many are right here in this country.
Note: Yes, many are in the United States and they are being trained by Muslims, under our noses, at one of the 35 Muslim Training Camps within our own borders. Therefore, why not first rid our country of KNOWN Muslim terrorist, before searching for "radicalized" Americans in Pakistan. That should keep Homeland Security busy for the first few days!
What exactly is our government planning to do once they find any known "radicalized" Americans within our borders (or in Pakistan)? Oh, I know ... they could be invited to the White House for a "beer fest" and our President can chat with them, while telling the Media "not to jump to conclusions", as he did last summer, when he invited the Cambridge policeman and his professor for a little chat.
