Ted Belman. I am not comfortable with the Obama/Columbia Treason trial announcement. Normally such an announcement would include in what court the trial is to take place and what has preceded it. Absolutely no one has picked up on the story. In a criminal matter there would need to be an indictment. Why is Manning talking about a trial. One person suggested it would be a mock trial in which case Manning would present his evidence in a video or in a place rented for the occasion and all Americans would be the jury. Manning himself is credible and he was visited by the CIA.

On another blog some person with a PhD from Columbia wrote in to say she knew him.

Fitzpatrick, on the other hand is real. We are awaiting the response of the mini grand jury. It is dragging its heels.

Obama has another problem. Anyone who wants to run for president must be approved in each and every state. Last time procedures weren’t followed in Obama’s case. Many states are tightening the legislation making it mandatory that a candidate prove he is eligible. That ought to be interesting.

Commander Fitzpatrick arrived at the Monroe County Court with documents and evidence in hand..
