by Sharon Rondeau, (Mar. 22, 2010) — A Pinellas County, Florida man has filed a court document which states that Barack Hussein Obama II is guilty of treason by virtue of being ineligible for the office he holds.
The document, date-stamped March 18, 2010, was filed by William Spencer Connerat III and claims that Obama’s failure to answer his requests for confirmation of his natural born Citizenship is an “admission of ineligibility” and “the basis for an act of treason.”
The two letters sent previously were dated November 11, 2008 and February 26, 2009, respectively. ...full report HERE.

It seems to me that even if Obama had presented his records, under Constitutional Law, when he first campaigned for Office of the Presidency, there is a far more criminal charge to be filed against Obama, for TREASON. He has failed to keep our country safe and secure; he has misused his office to contribute to the enemies of the United States i.e. Islamic/terrorist organizations such as Hamas; he has betrayed America's allies; he has ignored the Constitution by spending over one year to bribe Congressional men and women to vote for an unConstitutional healthcare plan; tell tale signs of being a traitor are his attempt to fly the flag of China on the White House lawn (he had to be infromed that it was against the laws to do so - this reminder, to one who claims he studied law at Harvard!); he refuses to honor promised made to our ally Israel, which undermines Israel's ability to keep the Middle East safe from terrorism; he places ornaments on a White House Christmas tree that have the faces of world dictators and murders; he claims the United States is an ally to Turkey/and appoints an Ambassador of the US to Syria = both countries are allies to iran!! He has armed and trained by our own military the Palestinians in the West Bank, and 2,000 of those newly trained Palestinians joined up with Hezibollah last week. .... this is a partial list of reasons why our so-called leaders should without hesitation cause Obama to "cease and desist" immediately from continuing to put America in harm's way!!
