Israel has somehow gotten to Haiti before America. The Israelis have come from the other side of the world and set up advanced hospitals complete with imaging departments, ventilators, etc. Perhaps if we didn't have 1/4 million troops on the other side of the world we could actually get our act together in our own neighborhood. I'm just saying.
